Biebs and ash was built to bring people together. forged mid-pandemic, in a time of widespread restaurant closures, we wanted a space to throw caution to the wind and give the locals a new “hangout.” A casual and laid back space in historic downtown to gather with your husband, wife, best friend, neighbor, grandma, uncle, pastor and everyone in between.

Step through the door and you’ll be immediately welcomed as family and hope you’ll feel the love in every bite. We’ve spent years perfecting our west coast inspired smashburgers and loaded fries, utilizing creative ingredients assembled in new ways that will leave you looking for more. Not to brag, but our nana says it’s the best damn burger she’s ever had. If that doesn’t inspire you, we’re not sure what will.
